Private Custom Order Agreement

Each Hananeh Couture dress is custom-made exclusively for each client, based on approved measurements and selected design details.

After placing your order, our team will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout (phone number, email, or social account) to confirm measurements, length, fabric, color, and all final details before production and shipping.

By proceeding with your order, you confirm that:

  • All measurements, length, fabric, color, and design choices are selected and approved by you
  • Before shipping, we will send you videos of the finished dress, including length and measurements, and shipping will take place only after your approval

As each piece is made specifically for one client:

  • Private custom orders are final and non-refundable
  • Changes of mind regarding size, length, fit, color, or design are not accepted
  • Size or length claims are not accepted once details are approved

 

Rare Situations

In rare cases not related to approved measurements or design choices, our team remains available to assist and review the situation when possible.

Refunds are not provided for custom-made orders.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
