Free standard shipping is available on orders above $850 USD.
For orders below this amount, shipping is carefully calculated after purchase and typically starts from $50 USD for short designs, and may reach approximately $100 USD for heavier, embroidered maxi pieces, depending on the destination and the weight of the piece.
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost and finalize the details.
Delivery timeframe: As each design is made to measure, delivery takes approximately 4–6 working weeks .
Each haute couture gown is made-to-order and crafted exclusively for you, reflecting the highest standards of bespoke design. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may request detailed photos and videos of your garment prior to shipment, including close-ups of measurements taken with a measuring tape.
